Testing Controller vs Steering Wheel in CarX Drift Racing Online to see how the drifting feels like on both devices. For tandems controller is way smoother and easier. On a steering wheel it's more fun but you don't have as much accuracy. I tested with multiple cars as well since some drift cars on steering wheel feel so much better than other cars.

I am so glad you mentioned this. I've been talking about this controller issue for a while now. The assist makes some turns very inconsistent. Sometimes it turns your car super fast, sometimes it just locks you straight in the middle of a transition. It is not due to your controller or the tune. It is an issue with the assist itself. I really wish they would fix this as it makes it very difficult to have 100% accuracy if your controls never do the same thing for the same input.

The problem with the controllers is that they don't reach the 100% steering (you can actually see it in the UI) it's something related with drift in the analog sticks or just bad calibration, that's why sometimes you turn faster with a controller than the other

I think the reason why 360’s are so hard on controller is because with assist on it will always counter steer no matter how wide you are. So during the 360 the assist is trying to counter the 360 so that might be why it’s harder
