We realized that the new ribbon cables on the iPhone 7’s display could be causing the problems. Damaging these cables affects a lot of other functions and could make the Home button stop working.

To fix this problem, you’d usually have to replace the entire display unit, but you can also put in a new backlight unit to replace the damaged cable. It’s a little more complicated, but a lot cheaper.

hi, i replaced my rear case on my iphone7. since then it wont charge anymore. when the iphone 7 is turned off and i plug it in, it does turn on. so there is a connection. it just wont charge anymore. what could be wrong ?

hi i have a question before i make the purchase. the home button and the vibration of my iphone 7 plus is not working. i changed the home button but its still not working. now i am thinking that it could be related to taptic engine because it is not vibrating. do you think fixing the taptic engine will resolve the issue???

The bracket on the back of the lcd is pinching the cable...Solution...
bottom left screw ( only non y screw) screw it in without the bracket and let the bracket lay on top of the screw
