How to turn off smart energy saving on LG UltraGear monitors (tutorial)

LG smart energy saving is a feature found in LG Ultragear monitors and TVs. Basically, it's a feature which changes your brightness based on your ambient lighting (kind of like apple's truetone). A lot of users find this annoying as it can be a distraction from whatever game you're playing. As far as I know there's no tutorials on YouTube for this and it's hidden away in the settings. Don't worry though, in this video I will show you how to turn it off.
