All the comments claim this is cap, but it's really not. Garp is relative to Roger and Whitebeard, and Aokiji is perhaps slightly weaker than Prime Garp. Akainu >= Aokiji. There's a decent power gap between those two and Kizaru, but Kizaru is still pretty strong. It's just common sense that three people beat two people of similar strength.
