I had the pro version n when I would watch YouTube the watch got really hot and it would bring up a screen saying current temperature is too high The system has cleaned up non-system app exit wlan playback is recommended. That’s what would show up on the screen

I almost bought this watch or the Kospet primus but there are too many cases of the plastic casing breaking. I think it isn't very resilient to sweat and I realised that this kind of plastic casing isn't going to give much longevity. It's a real shame as just about everything else about these watches seem excellent and I want something to replace a phone as I rarely use mobile networks. It would also be good to be able to root the watch and be able to edit the code.

Great video Don! Can you do a video for the new LEMFO LEM 12? I’ve been trying to compare lemfo 12 and the kospet prime. I’ve read some of your other reviews plus other people’s review about the kospet watch series. It seems like the tracking device for exercise mode doesn’t really work that well? Including the sleeping heart beat rate correct?

kospet watch as a whole just seems like another fancy James Bond gadget to me after hearing all the reviews. Seems like if you want to use it for exercising trackings then maybe other brands are more acceptable correct? Thank you!

Side camera position looks stupid, is it easy to capture images/videos while wearing it without capturing your hand at the picture all the time?
i mean your hand will appear at all the time you are capturing with side camera?

Hi Donavon, quick Q. Would you be able to use the Kospet Prime as your main device, and then tether your phone / tablet to the Prime as a dumb device (so if you needed to check / write emails, use specific apps etc.. and use a larger screen because the Prime's screen would be too small for these task)? Then once done, untether your phone / tablet and put it away. I guess my real question is, can some tether / hotspot using the Prime?

Does this support hands free calling when paired to your phone? Meaning, can you answer calls from the watch when a call comes through to your phone? Also are you able to make calls directly over Bluetooth to your phone?
Update:
Did some research, if tethered to your phone, you will not be able to answer/make calls and you cant reply to any notification, like sms, email, etc... sent from your phone.
Since this is full Android watch, only apps installed on the watch, you can reply to, so this is a no buy for me unless they updated the firmware or apps to support tethered feature like WearOS.

Kospet does not support this product after the sale.  My lasted only four weeks then stopped being able to charge or turn on.  When approached for support, I was informed that they would not stand by their product and didn't worry about anyone reporting out about their lack of support.  While I continue to seek support, I am getting the word out that this is their stance.

I know you can't make phone calls from the watch via Bluetooth if you aren't inserting SIM.. but instead, can you connect Bluetooth speaker to the watch/phone and answering/make phone calls normally while SIM Still in your phone?
