Steve Binnquist, our Discipleship Training School Director, gives a devotional about love in action. Focusing on Paul's words to the believers in Rome.

Romans 12:9-12
Let love be genuine. Abhor what is evil; hold fast to what is good. Love one another with brotherly affection. Outdo one another in showing honor. Do not be slothful in zeal, be fervent in spirit, serve the Lord. Rejoice in hope, be patient in tribulation, be constant in prayer.

What are some practical ways you can outdo others around you in showing love?
What does brotherly affection mean in today's culture?
What practical things can you do for your neighbors and those around you to show Christ's love?

Father God, I agree and loosen the whole word of romans 12:9-12, 1 corinthians 13:4-8, 2 corinthians 6:14-18 for myself, my family, friends, colleagues, neighbours, acquintances, the body of Christ and my opponents at all times love must be sincere while loosening myself being unequally yoked with an unbeliever who does not know sincere love towards me and others, binding to hell every form of forced love and love of that what is evil and clinging to what is bad upon no return in my life, in the name and by the blood of Jesus Christ, amen and hallelujah. Wanting someone to sabotage and ruin one's life, safety and dignity is no love Lord Jesus, therefore I renounce every agreement of love with the devil in the name and blood of Jesus Christ!: "Love must be sincere.(A) Hate what is evil; cling to what is good.(B) 10 Be devoted to one another in love.(C) Honor one another above yourselves.(D) 11 Never be lacking in zeal, but keep your spiritual fervor, (E)serving the Lord. 12 Be joyful in hope, (F) patient in affliction, (G) faithful in prayer.(H)"
