Adult Adoption Surprise

This is my step dad reacting to me giving him adult adoption papers to legally adopt me so he can finally be my legal father and I can take his last name. We've wanted to do this for ages but my real father was extremely flakey with paperwork so once I turned 18 I did not need my real fathers permission and 16 years later was able to finally go through with the adoption.
