GROUND BREAKING!? The Future Of Forgiving Golf Clubs or maybe not..

Could this club be the most ground breaking club of 2024 as well as the most forgiving? We have seen this club be hyped up to the max across the golfing world, golf fans are loving it and I understand why. But is it over hyped?! And could the Cleveland HALO XL iron actually outperform what is supposed to be the most ground breaking golf club of 2024?! Well I'm so excited for this one and i can't wait for you to see how they both perform. If i'm honest, I totally unexpected this result.

Golfers always ask me, what are the most forgiving clubs of 2024? Best forgiving clubs? Is this club ground breaking? New golf clubs? Best new clubs? New clubs, forgiving golf clubs, forgiving irons...the list goes on.

I use the 4 iron version of the Cleveland halo xl, and it's great off the tee and fairway.

I wonder how the Wilson Launch Pad 2 would perform? Excellent video.

The cobra irons would revive their one length line. More flexibility in controlling ball flight as its a tad tricky with single length clubs.

I'm a newish golfer and game the Halos. Don't care about the looks just the ease of use and confidence when I use them.

I am in my early fifties and still swing fast. When I need new clubs in my sixties I will be mostly looking at the hybrid iron type for most of my irons!

I see where the Maltby from Golf Smith, TS1m, TS3, TS4 are getting a lot of looks on YouTube. They look so good in that a satin finish. Performance seem really really good and cheap forged offerings. Thanks

Can somebody please tell me why golfers have problems with chunky irons - cannot figure it out ?
I'm thinking of getting a half set of " Eleven " clubs !
Guess you know I'm a high handicapper who loves forgiveness and low stress golf !

Liked the comparison between the two. Great idea.

I play the previous version of the Cleveland Halo XL irons. I got used to the look and sound pretty quickly. They seem heavy to lug around a full set though, or maybe that is all in my head. 💪🏻 My miss is very often a fat shot, so the turf interaction of the Cleveland is important to me. Plus they were a bargain when I bought them. Very happy with them.

I use the cobra t rails. Similar to the Cleveland irons. I’d never go back to traditional irons.

I have the Clevelands in graphite shafts and they always miss to the left

The Cleveland inspires more confidence in my eyes.

Try this kind of test with a mid and high handicapper and I suspect the results will strongly favor the Cleveland.

I use a halo aw and it feels great and great height plus the distance I’m looking for …. The price difference makes Cleveland to me more comfortable to my budget and their’s not much difference between them ….nice work 👍🏽

I have last version of the Cleveland irons they feel great, look awful though lol! Not as long as my gamer PXG 0211 xcor2 irons, but I do hit 5, 4, 2 Cleveland hybrids, the 2 off the tee. I’m 71. Playing senior tees, the 2 is much more consistent than the driver. I out drive most guys in my club my age. Try a hybrid of the tee older golfer. The Cleveland’s are heavier. Are you pulling or is it the offset Alex? Good piece thanks!

The cobra printed irons are the future. They will eventually get the cost down and more people will be able to afford to buy them. I've watched many other reviews regarding these Cobra printed irons, and the conclusion was that they are the future. I enjoyed your review immensely.

I think the Cleveland Cobra accuracy was negligible, especially in that last test where it looks like they just went further. Still cool vid plus doesn't cleveland already have a new forgiving iron that looks more like a normal iron?

If you want something similar to forgiveness and distance to the Cobra LTD, get the Titleist AP3's. Huge sweet spot, the most forgiveness in any club I've ever used and amazingly long distance. They're a bit older, but some of the best Titleist clubs I've ever used. Better than the T200's I'm currently gaming. Definitely heavier than the cobra though

"The Cobra was more accurate."
No it wasn't. You just happened to hit a straighter shot with the Cobra, and pulled it slightly with the Cleveland. It's not the arrow: it's the indian.
