By using a whole gulp worm making it look like there is a worm in the water and not a little chunk of colored plastic would make a difference I believe.

Instead of baiting 2 rods against each other, use 1 rod but with a double hook rig. This way the fish will show you the effectiveness of the product being tried/tested at a more specific and individual way altogether.

Gulp worms are NOT meant to just hang there, they are treated as slow retrieval bait lures. they are made to entice a bite, when bitten, the flavor is suppose to make them taste good and texture feel like real bait. hope this helps you understand.

60 year fisherman here and I've used every type of line out there from braids to flurocarbons to monos ! I love the softness and strength of braid and I tie a 2 foot leader of fluro because it disappears in the water and it's stiffness helps with line abrasion !

Why would you run a full bloode worm and compair it to a 1 half inch piece of gulp.... Run the full or, half gulp worm. And then compair

Berkeley gulp blood and sand worms work great. Use the whole thing...no chunks. I have great success doing it this way, in the Northeast! I outfish live bait all day long.

I've been using blood worms for a long time! They seem to always produce fish even when nothing is biting! But I've never used a whole blood warm at one time! I usually cut off a good piece when baiting! It's never let me down and it does make my blood worms last me a full day of fishing!

How about a Texas Rig with the gulp worm? And then Jerk it in on the return, so it gets some action instead of just laying there. I think the live worm moving is what's getting hit. I tried most of these gulp baits a few years back.. They are pretty useless when used static, but can be really excellent if fished in an active way and twitched back across the sea bed.. I guess they just market them wrong, it should say that on the packet. Great video as always guys. Cheers :)
