China has improved its rocket technology from the last decade. The long march rocket has been sending every Chinese astronaut to space since 2003 and it has an interesting history termed Shenzhou meaning divine arrow it was generated from a rocket that was originally never meant to see the light of day and today it is a key component of China's crude space program. Spaceplanes are essential compared to brute force vintage 1960s mentality of unstable vertical flight into orbit.

Fission fragment rockets and uranium gas core rockets mounted in spaceplanes are needed since even with halogen oxidizers and Boron alkali metal fuels one would have to go back to Herbert Cole's "Aldebaran" engineering proposal for a flying boat launch vehicle.

Of March 2019 Engineering conference held inside MIT's Electrical Engineering Dept on Vassar Street of Cambridge MA. by invite only I gave a presentation on how during the early 1940s Nitchitsu of Hamgyong Province was developing a magnetically focused cosmic ray muon catalyzed fusion rocket plane engine comprised of a Dewar of cryogenic liquified Deuterium connected to a beryllium alloy reaction chamber nozzle coiled in around electromagnet coils cooled by cryogenic isotopic fuel whereby alpha particles would be deflected for conversion into neutrons to enrich fuel.

Still Nitchitsu championed cause of Manchuria called Bei Dong to have nationalistic independent goals since Manchurians were often Mill Hunks exploited by southern groups.

During the 1990s I received peer review endorsements of my articles I have written on such a topic published by Dr. Mitchell Swartz affiliated with MIT of Cambridge, MA.

Cosmic rays being concentrated in Northern Canada would mean permission slips from the Queen of England to Chancelor of Ex Checker etc. while Antarctica has no seaports.

During such a presentation I had ana engineering proposal fora carbon fusion lamp based on Naranjo and Putterman of UCLA cryogenic pyroelectric crystal fusor modified with a molecular sieve to convert exhaled Carbon dioxide into Oxygen.
