BAD OMENS: Noah Sebastian on creating 'The Death Of Peace Of Mind' without instruments & more!

Noah Sebastian from BAD OMENS stopped by to chat with The Point's Liv Maddix backstage at POINTFEST on May 27, 2023. Noah shares some background on how "The Death Of Peace Of Mind" started as an instrumental track recorded with no actual instruments, how "Just Pretend" started as sort of a joke to fit a certain "song" formula, and how almost every song on the album has an interesting backstory. Liv asks Noah about throwing out signed Uncrustables and marshmallows to the crowd. Liv brings out her coworker, Rian, who is a HUGE Bad Omens fan to ask Noah a couple of questions from a fan perspective. Bad Omens is the first band to excite me since Linkin Park and Limp Bizkit days. Chester was the love of my life and will always have a place in my heart but Noah Sebastian has taken over. So proud of their success but part of me wants to keep them small but the other side of me wants all their dreams to come true so here’s to whatever dreams they have! 👑 🖤💀🤘🏻 they are Killing it!!

He was totally pissed that everyone in the pit were like stones. Not much movement at all in there. I hope he doesn't think that's what st louis will be like every time 😢 They did an amazing job and it must have been really flippin hard to keep up the energy that he did while singing when no one was dancing or anything! I hope they come back for another show bc I need to be in the pit next time!

i was there that day and it was a blast!! i wish i would've been in the pit tho, their performance was amazing and people just weren't into it as much as they should've been. i hope i get to see them again and be closer to the stage next time <3
