15 # Etabs 2018 Design & member pass check optimization Beam and Column

Need help,
I modeled 4 story building w/ concrete frames & slabs. I ran the design/check analysis w/ ACI 318-14 code.

At the upmost story, the joint shear check/design & the (6/5) beam/column capacity ratio value is shown as N/A with notes :
N/A: Not Applicable
N/C: Not Calculated
N/N: Not Needed

Why the value is shown as N/A? What are those notes mean in particular? and How am I supposed to fix/handle them?

I've been a while on the internet but nothing.
Is there any specific reference regarding those issues?
