Some of the characters actually don't look that bad, in my opinion:

Sakura looks pretty.
Hinata still looks pretty.
Naruto's new hairstyle isn't that bad.
Hiashi is just a grandpa. What do expect him to look like?

For a fit lady, I find it almost impossible for Anko to gain that much weight, and also the fact that she does a lot of activities that involve moving. And they butchered Gaara.. if you put a small black mustache under his nose, I'm sure you'll see who he'll look like. Some of the characters in Boruto like Temari/Shikimaru and Sakura had a glow up, but some of the rest just got butchered as well.

Sakura has always looked good in the manga as a pink cat. The studio did not improve it in any way. Even now, with Kishimoto, she is very effective and hot, and the studio does not convey even a tenth of her appearance. Sasuke has always been handsome.
