YouTube videos can be inspiring, but they can also leave you feel lacking in your own life. What I like about your videos is that you leave the imperfections in, while other YouTubers may give you a false impression of how perfect their lives really are. That makes you relatable. I've been inspired by your other channel to to start on a few projects I've been putting off due to being a bit down, including planting flowers again - even if you're feeling down, looking at beautiful flowers can lift your spirits a bit.

Hooray! More Nicki and Carlo! We have come to look forward to Sundays because we visit with our Italian friends in Italy. Now we can stay longer. Can I suggest that Carlo reminisce about Positano when he was young? His childhood there and working with his Pop. Learning the old ways. That’s where the beauty of Positano originated. So excited for a new channel and not losing the original. Stick with the small changes Nicki, over time they will add up and just become part of your lifestyle. I started small 15 years ago and have lost 222 lbs.. I am now 35 lbs. to my goal. No fancy diets, pills or boot camps, just little changes every few months. We want you and Carlo around for a long time so whatever you need to do to feel better do it! :}

I personally really like idea of Carlos name the channel being “Hello Everywhere” because it will be largely videos from your lives everywhere, ie Positano, Tuscany and England. 😊

Hi Nicki, just a tip. Chia seeds must be hydrated in water before you eat them. They will then not absorb water from your body, which your body and organs greatly need. Tie up your sleeve ends for working with food. The granola can also be toasted in a large pan on the stovetop too and less likely to walk away or burn it. Coconut flakes toasted separately then added is delicious too. Pepitas and Macadamia nuts are yum if you can get them there. I'm in Australia. All the best with your new channel. Just had few days with no power due to stormy weather and really missed utube videos like yours. I also love toast and butter but had to give it up years ago due to gluten and lactose intolerance. I found i was searching for new things to replace toast. Rice with avocado and tomatoes and cheese was filling and tasty. Now i make oat cookies with nuts n seeds for brekky. Good to have variety and not be stuck in traditional breakfast fare. Its good to see the way other people eat and live. Thanks for the new channel❤🎉

Hi Nicki, I recently changed the way we eat and now start my day with yogurt and fruit. I want to try to make my own yogurt. I also now make baked oatmeal with fruit, maple syrup, and a bit of milk and have that if I get hungry between breakfast and lunch. We've cut out processed food and most sugar, except natural sugar, and we feel great.
Thanks for creating this new channel and thanks for being so real. ❤
