i spent from 8.45AM until 4.55PM today on the phone to the bank and to the local district council. i was creating FOI's through Subject access requests for everything that have on me from 2007. I kept adding new questions to it, whilst adding i want the transcripts and recordings to all the calls as i made them. I asked them to colour code the text in the documents to correspond to a chart of what law dictionarys (and what editions used) as well as english dictionaries used within each document. and I asked for there to be copies in english, aswell as latin, and for the translated text to also reference what translator was used for what words. being unqualified to speak, its very important i know exactly what i am dealing with, rather than making assumptions blindly. I asked them what jurisdictions do they operate within, at what times? when do the jurisdictions change and how do we know what jurisdiction we are dealing with? i asked them so many questions. and i will keep adding and refining to that FOI through SAR as the 30 days goes on, so i have the most comprehensive understanding of what my local council is doing, how its operating, and most importantly, how its entrapping me

This is so helpful. We have not paid our water bill for 14 months. We asked for a breakdown of metals and other components within our water supply such as herbicide and pesticide residue and why the water coming out of our tap was dangerous as per our monitoring device, yet the water from our stream indicated 100 points lower using the same device. We received a letter back a year ago saying if the water wasn't safe, the regulator would not allow it. We have just been issued with a letter saying 10 days to pay or we take matters thanks to YOU, Stan and many others, I now feel confident to take the matter further using firstly, that this is not an intention of 'Non Payment'. I am prepared to pay something but will be deducting the cost of our water filtration system and asking again for proof of clean water. Citing a regulator these days as proof of anything is ridiculous because they ALL are funded by the operations and corporations they are supposed to both

Here's another issue that should concern us all: It's about how they intend to take everyone's house. Its innocent-looking name is "Energy performance of buildings directive".

It's an EU thing, I think, so both major political parties in the UK will be itching to implement it as soon as possible. As would any 'world government'.

It stipulates that the energy performance certificates (EPCs) for worst-performing RESIDENTIAL buildings will need to reach at least class F by 2030 and class E by 2033.”

We can clearly extrapolate from the above that buildings will need to reach at least...
class D by 2036
class C by 2039
class B by 2042
class A by 2045

Another quote from it is "To help building owners plan renovations, voluntary renovation PASSPORTS will be introduced by 2024 and a Smart Readiness Indicator will be introduced by 2026, with enforcement of EU buildings policies stepped up."

Clearly if you are unable or unwilling to do the renovations / 'upgrades' / 'improvements' they will prevent you from selling it / fine you / take it from you.
