A lot of people don't know this, but they used Deinosuchus (The Giant Croc) for the Indominus, which is why the mouth looks like that. Now, i don't know how genetics work or anything like that, but based upon that Deinosuchus can excrete a bite force 2x that of the Rex, the bite force actually goes to Indominus.
The Resistence also goes to Indominus, because it has like really strong skin. She got thrown against a building (Indom was like 13~16 in human age by the time of the fight with Rexy) and only had a few metal pieces stuck to them.
Attack Potency. As I said, the Indominus has a better bite force. It also has more jaw space, and more teeth. It can charge up its bite while closing, because realistically 6~7 tons of force is going to take some to charge up. Unlike the Rex who has to charge that bite up while having a grip, the Indom can just charge like 7 tons/12 tons of force while running with their mouth open almost 180 degrees.
