Not a bug, you took too long starting it. All the cache drops start at legendary and lower their rank the longer they are untouched.

The caches Change rarity after a little bit has passed and the lowest it can go to is blue hope this helps if you get to read this😊😊

The weapon drops do change color depending on time they’ve been there it goes from hold down to purple then blue

Those drops change rarity if you take too long and if you start to build it will change rarity faster
