I will be growing my first ever flowers this year, inspired by your "make money gardening" videos. Will try my hand at selling veggies/herbs/flowers plants to the neighbors this year and I might sign up for the local farmer's market in future years. Thanks for the inspiration!

This is perfect timing on this video. I was going to start my annuals this weekend, but now I know to check the germination and blooming time on all of them first. Thanks so much Gary. This is my first time growing annuals, so I would have been disappointed had I messed it up. I’m looking forward to your perennial flowers video. Though I’ve grown those before I’m sure I’ll learn something new. Take care. — Cindy

Hi Gary! Some of these annuals are considered cool hardy and in our zone (7b) we can start them in the Fall or early spring (6-8 weeks before the last frost). That's how the cut flower farms do Larkspur, Snapdragons, sweat peas, and a bunch others. Lisa Mason Ziegler (The Gardeners Workshop on youtube) has popularized this method. It's pretty interesting and you get more bloom time on some of your flowers.
