i personally said that it would land on the table because even if the cube was real it would have ended up slipping off the cube and onto the table, the center of gravity was not in a place where the book would’ve balanced on top of the cube so no matter what it would’ve ended up on the table.

one of the “cubes” lines was over one of the other lines so that very easily told me that it was going to land on the table lol.

It was clearly an impossible cube by looking at the lines like the impossible stair paintings that lead nowhere

Also one of the struts goes over another that it shouldn't, which struct me with uncanny valley and alerted me to the illusion nearly as soon as you asked where the book would land.

Everyone knew it wasnt a real cube but it did technically land on the frame, it was on top if the blue thing and some of it landed on the table so a and b are both acceptable answers

the shadow betrayed the illusion and the box has an arm that crosses over another making it seem out of place

if you meant on top of the frame as a 3D object then you'd be right but specifying that would ruin the illusion except it wasn't all that convincing to begin with, the shadow of the book is above the frame so naturally it would touch the frame first if you dropped it on top

If its a regular cube there could been some shadows but there werent and its easy to spot
