The major change the Steelers need to get rid of Tomlin.
Real Steelers fans are not going to forget how they gave the division to the Ravens who started 0-2.
And don't forget early in the season when Tomlin lost 3 teams with losing records Colts, Cowboys and Browns..
Instead of Pittsburgh being 13-0 and the Ravens being at 8-5...in their last 4 games of the season and chance to still win the division at 10-3 and the Ravens at 8-5...
They lost 3 games in a row making them 10-6 and
the Ravens won 3 straight making them 11-5 and the division champs.

Pittsburgh lost their last game of the season, making them 10-7
and the Ravens won theirs against the Brown, making them 12-5.

In the Wildcard playoffs game, Pittsburgh lost to the Ravens again.
Pittsburgh lost a total of 5 straight games making them 10-8
and the Ravens won five straight, and improved to 13-5 and moved on to the next round of the playoffs.

This is a man who coached the Steelers for 16 seasons, and that's how you go out. Tomlin should be dominating the AFC North. But he's not because he can't coach or motivate his players.

I would rather Pittsburgh have a losing season than to know that they could have won the division.
Pittsburgh is going to find themselves for sale, because fans are going to stop going to the games with this type of BS. Just fire Tomlin and move on. He doesn't want to win.

Justin FIELDS was 4-2, could have been 6-0 except for 3 plays in 2 loses. FIELDS was the ENERGETIC TALENT needed to avoid that 5 straight loses. NOT giving FIELDS the OFFENSE at some point during that stretch was HUGE MISTAKE. FIELDS is 25 and FRANCHISE.
