Fun fact: when getting electrocuted, if it’s powerful enough, it can make you tense up and not be able to let go. Those slap stick moments where someone get shocked on TV and they hold on while their hair stands up is decently accurate to how it works.

Though the opposite can happen. Linemen have been shocked so hard their arms and legs extended rapidly and launched them off the power line/bucket lift, and it ends up being the fall that kills them or severely injured them
