Duke QB Brandon Connette rushed for a career-high four touchdowns and threw for a fifth, and the Blue Devils upset #23 Miami 48-30 on Saturday. With the win, Duke takes sole possession of first place of the ACC Coastal Division.

The Atlantic Coast Conference (ACC) is a collegiate athletic league in the United States. Founded in 1953 in Greensboro, North Carolina, the ACC sanctions competition in twenty-five sports in Division I of the NCAA for its twelve member universities: Boston College Eagles, Clemson Tigers, Duke Blue Devils, Florida State Seminoles, Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets, Miami Hurricanes, North Carolina Tar Heels, North Carolina State Wolfpack, Virginia Cavaliers, Virginia Tech Hokies, and Wake Forest Demon Deacons. In 2011, the conference announced it was adding Syracuse and Pittsburgh to expand to fourteen members beginning in the 2013 academic year. In 2012, the ACC announced it would add Notre Dame in all sports but football and hockey.

Great effort by Duke in the bowl game. As a Canes fan it was nice to watch a team that actually showed up to play.

Apparently a feed I saw on Sportsmanias said that the Canes dropped out of the AP poll. Do you think its the coaches fault or the players fault? I personally think it's the coaches fault. The offensive coordinator has been running the same offense for the last 3 years and our defense hasn't been adjusting well. My 11 year old sisters plays better defense in NCAA Football 14 than the Canes did this Saturday.

Golden better win 10 games next year or else he needs to go. His D-Coordinator should've been gone! Take his soft ass back to Temple!
