I use CA in small spots in order to line up two pieces for the purpose of match drilling (for example), with the intention of taking them apart after my drilling operation. The pieces easily come apart by whacking the assembly on my work bench top. If they don't, and if the pieces are short enough, I throw the assembly into my chest freezer for 15 minutes, then remove and let it come to room temperature. At this point, the assembly nearly falls apart by itself.

And that's the thing; CA glue does not like shock or thermal cycling, and it does not seem to adhere to wood all that well.

That is why I never use CA glue for a final glue up; I think that in the long term, the pieces are likely to spontaneously come apart. If I were to use it on a piece of furniture, or something that a person might sit or stand on, that would just suck.

This is only my experience and opinion; it might work great for others.

I love CA glue! It’s an essential in any shop! But it infuriates me how those pieces don’t match up 🤣!

CA glue at three points wood glue the rest. That ca glue will not bond wood together long term like a quality wood glue would.

Isn't CA accelerator just water with some chemicals to stop mould? I watch a video where a guy replaced his with water with the exact same effect.

Just reminded me how I bought some aftermarket shit Gorilla ductape from Europe.
It literally did not even stick on clean plastic bags. Had to buy a 2$ cheapest, invisible most basic kind of plastic tape and it held, like 90% stronger.

I always thought wood glue set slowly incase you mess up you can reposition your work without restarting the whole project? Am I wrong ?
