Man, oh man, Brian, as a Missourian, I want to thank you for posting this. It gives me hope, that there are sane decent folks on our State legislature! Sometimes it feels like every single person in our state legislature is a far right, insane conservative nut job! I'm thankful to know there's at least a few decent people in Jefferson City! I do hope the young man speaking is reelected as many times as he wants to be. Sadly the men who represent my area are horrible! Bless the man in this video for having the courage to say what he did!!
