Peter, I already did this with my Kreg Project Centers. Two points I'd offer. Since I'm making it fairly permanent, I "made" my 2x4s with two layers of 3/4 plywood, sandwiched together, and then ripped to exactly 3 1/2 inches so as to come to the right height. Second, did you notice that 3/4 plywood fits "proud" of the track by 1/8"? I did and wanted things flush. back to the box store and the best piece of 5/8 ply I could dig out of the stack. Works great. I didn't screw the top to the stringers for portability but I do like your idea for making the ultimate workstation. My shop is 12.24 and sometimes I need to "expand" into the carport. This is a great way to do it.

I would like to use this to rip 8' long studs or 8' plywood sheets. Is it possible to do this with the ACS? Would I need to join 2 tables?

Since the mobile workstation has been discontinued and is no longer available, I have had to order two track horses instead. Is it possible to move the table top if you don't screw it in to the horses?

What is the third option at the end? He says using some sort of “Station” to create the third option, I’m having a tough time understanding him. Anyone else catch what he said?

You do realize those pocket holes and screws are not attaching to the top as shown? Pocket holes are set incorrectly.
