Fun fact: Smash 64 does recognize the "side special" input as a separate input, it's just that it's programmed to do the same thing as the neutral special input - Master Hand being the sole exception.

It’s interesting to think that Melee came before the days of game patches and software updates. These days, if there’s weird glitches, they can easily be fixed long after initial launch.

There's also a version of the Master Hand glitch that only requires 1 controller. The downside is that you have to delete almost all your custom names until you have exactly one left. It's still difficult but significantly more convenient to pull it off this way, plus this way you can also use it beat certain Event Matches that let you choose your character.

(1:45) I think it's actually due to the egg Kirby lays is actually growing in size when released, but if mashed out too early, will interrupt the growing. Something the regular Yoshi egg doesn't do. If your description were true, then you shouldn't need to have Kirby. Also, what if this was used on a third character?

I knew about all of these except for pancake kirby, and i can say that i LOVE pancake kirby, thats my favorite! I love the adorable paper thin not-so-puff ball
