A shift in leadership has been set in motion as the Labor Party secures a major victory over Prime Minister Rishi Sunak's Conservative Party.
Song Yoo-jin reports.

Conservative Party leader and UK Prime Minister Rishi Sunak has conceded defeat in the general election.
According to Sky News, Labour had already surpassed the number of seats needed, 3-hundred-26 out of 6-hundred-50 in the House of Commons, for a majority as of 1.20 PM Korea, making Kier Starmer the new prime minister.
The Tories had picked up 84 seats as of 1:20 PM Korea time en route to what exit polls forecast to be their worst performance in a general election in the party's history.

"The Labour Party has won this general election, and I have called Sir Keir Starmer to congratulate him on his victory."

Exits polls also expect rightwing Reform UK to capture 13 seats.
The party leader Nigel Farage took a seat in the east-England constituency of Clacton, after seven previous failed attempts at becoming an MP.
Voters from across 6-hundred-50 constituencies in England, Wales, Scotland, and Northern Ireland headed to the ballots on Thursday after Prime Minister Rishi Sunak in May made a surprise move by calling for an early election.
However, due to economic turmoil, inflation, worsening public healthcare, and increased immigration, a Labour victory was predicted even before the election began.
Opinion polls consistently showed Labour with a lead of around 20 percentage points over the Conservatives, with support in the 40 percent range.
The Labour Party has focused on centrist policies and pledged to rebuild public welfare services and achieve economic growth.
