Hey man great value from this video, i have a simple question. Should i scrap my current store with products that has a average price of $500 and make a new one with products with a more adequate price point of > $2000?
Thanks in advance.

Hey Brook - guess my message was auto-deleted. I was just asking, how many of your sales when you first got started were actually through phone or live chat? I've had two sales so far, and neither of them required any before-sale communication. However, I've been having a bunch of abandoned checkouts, and I'm speculating that people simply don't trust the store - especially when we're competing against stupid big companies like home depot. I'm starting to understand why stores like northernsaunas try to get people to call as much as possible (through locking discounts behind calls, e.g "Fall sale, call: number") because that gives them a chance to establish trust and actually close the sale. Do you recommend us smaller stores taking this approach, especially since we have no reviews and really no credibility to our names in the beginning? Thanks for the insane value. Hopefully I can join the incubator soon.

Hey Brook, you are the best, I am curious, from the 6M revenue you made with selling saunas, would you say that at least 10% was a net profit or more like 20%?
