I like Battery Tender LIPO batteries. They have the reserve start power and 2 positive and negative terminals. I use one set of terminals for the bikes' original wires. And the other terminals for any add-on circuits. Helps keep the wires from looking like a bird nest.

The MT07 is one of the bikes I'd recommend to any rider with some experience. Modding one is always worth it and an aftermarket exhaust sounds phenomenal on a CP2 engine.

I just bought that phone mount and charger. Thanks for the tip and keep up the good work.

I own a 2020 MT 07 and bar ends are the best. I had mine tuned and de restricted it went from standard 44.73 hp to 64.03 hp this is the 655cc model and have a R6 throttle tube fitted. It has a full exhaust fitted. We have two MT 07 models here in Australia one is the version you have 689cc High output, and the 655cc learner approved model.

I was a big fan of your videos, but lately you've been repeating yourself. Take a little break

I really like your videos cyclecruz. I wanted too ask if you’d recommend and fz07 as a first bike? I don’t wanna heavily mod it just enjoy it how it is and maybe just put a slip on so cars can hear me better.

Is it one year already, time does fly when you are having fun and that MT 07 is fun I also enjoy looking at it.

CycleCruza have you tried the inline 4 ZX-4 from Kawasaki yet? I'm hearing a lot of good reviews on it. Maybe you can get a chance to check one out and give your take on the motorcycle.

If you can upgrade to a bigger camshaft it will have a choppy idle and improve sound and power and the mt line looks like the night rider of bikes

Hi mate I have bought a 23 mt07 after watching your vids. Can I ask a question, changing gears feel not great I do everything right I’ve adjusted chain and clutch cable and lubed up the shifter and put fully synthetic oil in and I put a little pressure on the gear lever before I change I pull clutch for smoother gear change . I can clutches up shift and it’s smoother . My question is what can I do if anything to improve the notchey feeling gear change what it’s a bit inconsistent. Thanks in advance

I missed out in getting a used MT07. It's okay. I'm enjoying my cb500f with a great sounding exhaust that I recently got in the mail. I swear, changing the exhaust really makes a difference in ride quality. Much more fum, and exciting.

I'd be upgrading that before I put a Harley davidson exhaust on!

In my case mods are not worth it to me.
I like to try different bikes and I get a new bike almost every season so that money (paid for the mods) is gone.
Also with my limited time I don't like working on bikes I just like riding them.

Hey Cyclecruza... got my MT-07 around same time as you did last year. Thinking about upgrading to MT09 SP. What are your thoughts? Im back and forth... do i keep the MT-07 for another year or two? Trade it in... dealer is only giving me $6500. Bike has 3500 miles and almoat all the same upgrades as your bike wirh addition of carbon fender and rear tire hugger and Sell it then grab the MT09 SP with a little more in hand?
