Grind paste
Take a Pressure cooker
Ghee 2 tsp
Star anise, cinnamon, cloves, cardamom, bayleaf
Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
Curry leaves
Saute
Add prepared Mint paste
Saute
Add tomato chopped 3-4
Salt as needed
Mix well
Fry 2-3 min
Add soaked rice 2 cups
Add water 3:1/2 cups
Add garam masala 1/2 tsp
Mix it well
Cover & cook 2 whistles
Its ready
