Hey kith i have just recently started playing 4 finger claw transferring from 2 finger as i hit my limit just past legendary on 2 fingers. Since i need to fix my sense, i was wondering if a sniper or more specifically a marksman would work fine instead of a shotgun as the only one ive really grinded and played isnt even a shotgun its the shorty.
Edit: saw you mentioned using marksman if focusing above legs so nvm guess that answers it for me.

Hey kith I would like to share a personal discovery regarding the way fpp FOV slider actually works in COD Mobile.

I discovered that the FOV slider in codm is actually not the same as FOV sliders in most games especially on PC

there are actually 2 FOV values when it comes to 3D games in general, which are vertical FOV and Horizontal FOV. These 2 values are also affected by your screen’s aspect ratio, which is the ratio between how wide your screen is and how tall it is.

Normally in most games that have FOV slider, the slider is actually meant for Horizontal FOV, because it makes the resulting changes feel consistent across all aspect ratio screens like 16:9 which is typical pc monitor/tv ratio, or 21:9 which is ultrawide monitors (fun fact most phones are actually closer to ultrawide resolution than normal pc monitor resolution)

Codm fov slider is different. The slider is actually meant for Vertical FOV, instead of horizontal, which is the angle in degrees from what you can see top to bottom.

This means a lot of things.

1. “true” 120 FOV (or 120 Horizontal FOV) actually exists in codm, in fact you can go beyond 120 Horizontal FOV in the current fov slider

2. 90/100 FOV setting in codm will actually give you a much higher than 120 fov, considered unplayable for most people on PC fps games going beyond that

3. The proper fov setting you have to choose in order to get true 120 FOV changes depending on your phone or tablet screen’s aspect ratio. Most phones these days sit on a range between 19:9 to 21:9 Aspect ratio.

Let me give an example. Iphone 12 Pro Max’s aspect ratio is 19.5:9.

To calculate the proper setting for true 120 fov on this iphone, you can do it easily by using a vertical to horizontal fov converter (search vertical to horizontal fov on google and click the first result which should be a github link)

You enter your phone’s aspect ratio which you can google your specific phone model, the number sequence is Horizontal:Vertical

you input your phone aspect ratio on the converter

then you type in your desired horizontal or “true” FOV

after that the vertical fov value should change. Whatever the vertical fov value is, thats what you set on codm.

On my Iphone 12 Pro Max, in order to get 120 True FOV, the proper setting for me to put FPP FOV on codm is 78.
