But aren't the rights we have given by the local government body and paid for by taxes? Like Education, its a basic right to recieve free public education until the end of high school. Or the right to healthcare (in my country at least) and the right to legal council when you find yourself in court, etc. All of these use the labor of other people on your behalf but are paid by the government. Do these differ from natural rights?

I am not trying to be argumentative, I am simply curious about the distinction.

Its more bothersome that theres no shades of gray here. Food, water, and shelter should be rights but this content lacks the concepts that premium goods come with premium prices and that basic needs are weaponized against us to create further disparity between the well off an disenfranchised.
