Tarek and Christina check out a home with a tight profit margin in Whittier, California. The house is in good shape though, and it shouldn't take much time or money to transform this property. It's a risk, but as long as they stick to the schedule and budget they could turn a quick profit and move on to their next flip.

I would have liked for them to have sprayed the ugly brown stone on the outside of the house gray, I've seen that done in older neighborhoods and it really looks good! Completely updates the house!

I have a hard time understanding the imbalance between the high end finishes inside and that dated, garish stone siding outside. Also the staging with all those teals and tangerines looked commercial.

Honestly I am not an expert but to me the marble used was cool toned and the cabinets for example were warm tone and didn't complement or compliment well. WIth a limited bathroom then two sinks become important. Kind of disappointing. I would have tried painting the outside - that stone.

I do miss the rapport Christine and Tarek had on this show. I know they tried to continue the show after their divorce but who knows; maybe in the future they can do this series again. 🤞🏾

Love the decorating and flip except on S10 Ep15 huge mistake on the small sized kitchen!!! Great idea on 3rd level ocean view. Pretty sad that the city has not put all the poll lines under ground. Such a pretty place and all. Love the design but some of the crazy tile can really make or break the deal as well. The tiles in the bathrooms were rich looking. Great try though. Good ideas mainly. At these stakes you can not make wrong choices and cut corners

Wow he just called her honey??? Wheres his girlfriend?? See christina is right she has class. He is cheap but not with the woman he has been with. She is pretty but very insecure and high maintenance in everyway and will cost him everything when that stops, its over for her.

Didnt like this show and usually I love them - whats wrong with Tarek being such an
el cheapo. It will ruin your reputation doing cheapo stuff. Obsessed with money is just wrong.
