Going crazy trying to figure out why I was not picking up any sound on my headset. Come to find out I had the selector switch set on the PC side and not xbox/controller symbol. 🙄

I just got the Rig 700hd headset today and I use the Xbox series S. I can hear the audio from the headset, but I when I go into a party I can’t use my microphone

I got my 800lx to have sound but I can’t use the chat mic for some reason and yes the mic is plugged in I just can’t chat.

Love these headphones biggest issue though is how close you have to be, I go to the next room over and I’ll I hear is it connecting and disconnecting on repeat. I bought it because it was wireless so I could idk make food while in the party but can’t do that unfortunately. They really only need to make them have longer connection distance

Did all the steps, can’t get Dolby Atmos. I got the 700HX for Christmas. Dolby Atmos shows that I have to buy the Headphone license. Tried calling customer service, both english and Spanish numbers, I get the disconnected tone. I have a Series X.

I have a problem with my rig 700hx ultralight headset I’ve plugged in the USB adapter into my series s and connected my headset to but I can’t hear anything I can hear the mic picking up my voice but that’s about it anyway on trying to fix this please help!!!

amazing headset, the only problem I have is that it doesn't work on my series x whatsoever. it just flat out doesn't work with Dolby Atmos and it's saying I need a subscription to use it.
