This incident took place in 2021. He was a 67 yr old man, and was convicted and sentenced to 17 yrs and has to pay 280, 000 euros to the two families. had I been on the jury, I wouldn't convict especially reading the man's stories. he was robbed and beaten in 2015 which most definitely left him traumatized. in my mind the threat isn't over until they are ended because odds are, they suceed once, they will come back.

1) Should have had a higher capacity firearm.
2) Should have been concealed carrying a higher capacity firearm.

I am from italy and i know this story, the thing is that he had already had 5 previous robberies, he was fed up and rightly so, but of course unfortunately he was convicted
