How to view, download, or print your bill in Microsoft 365 for business

In this tutorial, you’ll learn how the bill for your Microsoft 365 for business subscription can be viewed, downloaded, or printed.

• From the admin center, choose “Billing,” then “Bills & payments”
• Select an invoice to view to see it at a glance
• Or select “Download PDF” to find complete details

After reviewing the PDF, use the buttons at the top right to either download or print your bill.
