They don't seem very hot or browned. Is there a way to get them hotter and browner? Should I raise the temperature or increase the time or both?

Hmmm. I thought you had to pre-heat the air fryer and then, cook the food. I pre-heated and then m, y air fryer said 'done!' When day you put the food in????
