Bottom deal: Catch me dealing from the bottom

The bottom deal is where cards are pulled out from the bottom and dealt in a way that appears like they are being dealt cleanly off the top. Typically, the bottom deal is performed a bit differently but for the purposes of this effect, I perform it the way I do.
