Cockpit scenes filmed with approval, in partnership with Envoy Air Inc., under Part 91... Regardless of which airline you dream to fly for, Initial Operating Experience (IOE) is the last, and most exciting, step of your airline training. Your first flight in the actual jet will be a normal revenue flight with passengers onboard! You'll be flying with a highly experienced training Captain who's there to teach you the ins and outs of daily flight operations. Are you excited for your first flight?

While it wasn't easy to get approval for this kind of filming around airline operations (especially in the cockpit), I know how important it is for all of you who are dreaming to become professional pilots to see this view. When I was a young student pilot, I remember how it felt to watch videos about the career I dreamed of.... Simply put, the videos kept me motivated! I want you to walk away from these videos with the same feeling. If you've ever wanted to become an airline pilot, let me know what you want to learn about the career in the comments below. Much more to come soon! Thanks for checking it out guys!

2:36 That is the most beautiful camera shot I've ever seen. That slow push, steady and stable, right to the window. Absolutely amazing.

First of all I want to give American Airline/Envoy a huge shout out for believing and allowing you to present the important behind the scene of what it takes to be a regional pilot with Envoy. Envoy if you read this please allow Swayne to continue his videos with your airline. They done in a very professional manner and very informative. Based on this past videos that Swayne has showed with Envoy, Im pushing myself to hopefully be a Envoy pilot one day.
Thank Swayne for you great videos and thank you Envoy. Hope to see more videos.
Ps : huge thanks to the training Captains that allowed the video taping in the cockpit

It's amazing watching you on your journey from a student to a professional pilot. Over 6 years, you documented all of your experiences and it really helps new pilots like me get a feel for the career. I thank you for doing these things and congratulations!

I have followed you sporadically for a number of years. I just had an epiphany.... I resented you and I apologize sincerely.
You have earned your way into that right seat, by sucking it up, studying diligently and maturing . Like my former profession, your’s ( Aviation) typically eats their young and spits them out. High attrition, burnout, stress, circadian rhythm disturbances leads many to just move into something easier. A great read I highly recommend is “ Squawk 7700 “. A young man went to an Aviation Bachelors program, Freight Dog and eventually ended up in a regional that stuck him in Puerto Rico for his IOE etc.
Fortunately for you, your strong vision for your goal has un wavered and you succeeded.
I congratulate you Sir on this huge milestone.

Amazing job getting the approval to create this highly useful piece of content! With the shortage, everyone is scrambling at information, and you have put together a perfect price. Keep up the great work helping the next generation of aspiring pilots🤙🏻

So rad, Swayne! Thanks for these great videos. Literally 30 minutes away from an interview at a local flight school to make this dream a reality!

This is purely inspirational. I've been following for a long time and I feel that it was just the other day you had your first solo and now your already flying for the Regionals. Thank you for sharing all the experiences so far and in the future as I am a high school Junior and only hope to get into the right hand seat as quick as you. Keep it up!

Swayne congratulations on making it through training and becoming a line pilot. Thank you for documenting your aviation journey, it has been very inspiring. Getting to see everything step by step has been a real eye opener for me, into understanding the road to becoming a part 121 pilot. Your videos are top notch, awesome views and excellent editing. I'm sure I can speak for all of your viewers in saying, please extend a huge thank you to Envoy for allowing you to record your experience.

Swayne, I just came across your videos and love 'em. I was a CFIIMEI, taught for a Japanese Airline (ANA), then flew for a Delta Connection Carrier for 7 years on the CRJ-700. Loved every minute of it. I lost my medical and changed careers. I can get my medical back now, but it's going to cost me around $20k to jump through the FAA hoops, so I can't afford that at this time. So I can only dream of getting back in the cockpit. I miss it so much (tear rolling down my face now). So watching your videos brings back so many great memories of when I was in your shoes.
