Oh my GOD! First time I've seen the video, and I'm a long time fan! Holy fucking SHIT! Director, DoP, editor and light-folks need 10 stars for this! The match-cuts in the beginning, I never expected, neither did I know, that there was gonna be a great use of contrasts and a brilliant use of silhouettes and lighting. When I hear the song, I don't imagine this, however, now, when I see this, I imagine this song being a soundtrack for a movie that expands on the universe that this video established. Just awesome.

can only imagine. Beautiful silhouette across the fireline. And gorgeous moon/tree elevation shot. And- damn- the canyon wall road shot in the beginning and the car flying across the desert flatlands. You pulled some excellent, heavy cinema together in a very short amount of time. :)

Alex Huebsch & Cliff Sargent can count me as a new fan. By the third viewing you start to see the details in this. I think every shot and every cut is stunning, and fierce, and memorable. Peyote Cowboy Nightmare-Noir. Bravo. And yes, epic fucking fire. How did you do that? And what did you shoot this with? Also- a nice change up for The Helio aesthetic. Cheers.

Wow, I turned on the local small time FM station and heard these lyrics. I HAD to figure out the artist, excellent song. Wish we had more musicians like these, rather than the trash that gets all the radio play time and doesn't deserve it.

I really want to be excited about this and I don't mean to pick on this type of Indie stuff, but it is not a new sound. Check out the Ocean Blue or if it was strumming pattern on the guitar it would be rem.
