Elizabeth Taylor (1932-2011) and Her Close Encounter With God

Soul Crossing #159.

For enlightenment purposes only. Just one guy's waking dream, right?

For those people grumbling about the commercials, I hear ya. YouTube is a business, and it likes to see its content prosper. This channel is not exempt. Also, these forecasts take way more work than the regular videos, and a little kickback from YouTube for my trouble makes up for that. So grit your teeth, dig your toenails into your shoes, and we'll get through this together.

In other news:

A) The ebook versions of the Believing book, 'Force of Habit', and MasterPeace' are, as usual, to be found on Amazon. 'Why Your Life Matters' is no longer available in paperback, only as an ebook on Amazon.

C) Newspaper headlines used in the video are included without the introductory phrase, "And this is how The Washington Post described it' or 'Here's what Forbes said on this topic last week' etc. This saves space and repetition, but that's what is intended. Excerpts from books, poetry, or other media are included under the doctrine of fair use.

And finally, a word to all my darling commenters...

I love hearing from you, even if you're being critical, but especially if you're not. Your ideas for topics for pictures are also appreciated.

However, there are some things that are not acceptable. Cross these boundaries a little bit and your comment will be deleted. Cross them a lot and you will be blocked. Please bear in mind that I curate hundreds, and sometimes thousands, of comments each week, and so will generally skip or delete argumentative or vexatious people.

Anyway, here they are, listed in no particular numerical order:

1) No spam, scams, bots, fake information, links to porno sites, gaslighting, or phony opinions presented as real comments.

2) No abuse, vulgarity, insults, or cursing. Don't be rude to - or about - me, or about other commenters, readers, etc. Say what you like, by all means, but try to be kind, polite, pleasant, and constructive. And if you can avoid whining as well, so much the better. 😊

3) Do not post bogus invitations that suggest viewers check out 'my' Instagram or Telegram page, or that they should have a personal reading from me. I will NEVER send you an invite or contact you directly. I don't even contact my friends directly, so, rest assured, if it looks like I'm instigating an interaction, it's a scam.

4) Please maintain a respectful distance. Don't try pick-up lines on other commenters, ask where they live, or seek other personal details from them. Or from me, for that matter. I would also add...no over-affectionate gushing, intimate suggestions, or creepy claims to be my friend when you're not. I will block you instantly.

5) No promoting products or websites, or posting links/timecodes without explanation.

6) No promoting other readers. This is a regrettable one. I don't have an objection to readers being referred to - of course. Some of them are terrific. However, a handful of viewers insist on plugging two readers in particular, and it's fishy. So...no to that.

7) No time-stamping my videos. In other words, no going through the episode, noting the time that each topic begins, and posting an itemized list. We live in an increasingly divided and segmented world where people confine their focus solely to things that concern them, shutting out everything else, especially stuff that's happening in other countries. This viewpoint is unsustainable when the very survival of humanity depends on everyone pulling together as one. Time-stamping is not conducive to that. Please don't do it.

In addition, and as a makeshift number 8...

Unless I know you personally, please do not send me unsolicited mail, friend requests on FB, follow requests on Instagram, marriage proposals, or snapshots of: a) your cat; b) you posing in a low-cut ball-gown or bikini. If it can't be said or shown in the comments section, I guarantee I won't want to see it privately. Again, even my friends know not to send me stuff, so I'd be grateful if you would refrain too.

I met Elizabeth Taylor when she did her first theatre performance in The Little Foxes. I was a teenage nanny for the child of an actress who had a supporting role in the play. Elizabeth Taylor was incredibly generous, kind, funny and sweet. After rehearsals in Ft. Lauderdale, the cast and family would hang out together on a yacht called Monkey Business. There we drank champagne and ate King Crab claws bigger than the plate! We talked and she showed me her colossal diamond ring which she said was a gift from her ex. I told her the ring was great but her eyes were the most beautiful color purple I had ever seen. She corrected me and said the color was violet. She said her jewelry was beautiful but her children were her most precious gift. God Bless her sweet soul 💖🙏🏽🏆

Thank you for doing this transition picture. I briefly met Elizabeth Taylor in 1978 in Virginia when she and her then-husband, John Warner, were stumping for his aspirations to the Senate. They were at Staunton River Festival, where we were all advocating for the preservation of the historically-significant river in Virginia. After speaking to the crowd with her husband, Elizabeth left the stage staring in our direction. Striding straight through the crowd directly to me, who had hoisted my 2 year old daughter up to get a look, Elizabeth stopped directly in front of me, greeted me then stated, "You have the most beautiful child I have ever seen!" Besides being totally surprised by her comment and attention to us in the crowd and by her sweetness to my daughter and me, I was stunned by her kind, vividly violet eyes! When my mother learned of this encounter, she was very touched that this favorite actress of hers appreciated her first grandchild that much to seek us out. Years later, when my daughter was a young teen having an "I-feel-ugly" day, she was informed that she had been told by Elizabeth Taylor, "the most beautiful woman in the world, " that she was "the most beautiful child." Unfortunately, her response was "who is Elizabeth Taylor?" She was quick to learn how much Elizabeth was loved by her fans, what movies she is known for, and all the advocacy she has done to make a difference in the world. My daughter became interested in learning all she could about Elizabeth. Revisiting all that with my daughter and my mother made me appreciate all the difference one person can make in the world, despite the difficulties they experience and the mistakes they make. This transition picture seems to fit the uniqueness of this amazing woman. The sense of completeness and wholeness in her transition is comforting to me. Thank you again for this.❤

Oh my, you feel insignificant? That you haven't done much in your life? You have affected, influenced, inspired so many. You inspired me today with your comments. Thanks again for sharing your gifts and thoughts.

An amazing video…. I met her once in an elevator. Our doctors were in the same building. I barely remember the details except being momentarily mesmerized by her violet eyes. Then I saw that she was wet from being caught in the rain, her fur draped around in an attempt to protect her dog. I was a little shocked at how petite and vulnerable she was at that moment, almost like a child. She said something about about not expecting it to rain. I I know that I responded, but can’t remember what I said to her. I just wished that I could cloak Ms. Taylor.
The elevator stopped at my floor and I left, hoping she’d have a good visit with the neurologist. She had a brain tumor at the time.
It was a thrill to meet Elizabeth Taylor. I just wish that I had something to cover and help her feel better.
I’m glad that she’d done everything that her soul journey presented. She sure didn’t need me to do anything for her. However with this video of Elizabeth Taylor’s journey is a reminder of what I must also do. Don’t waste time with unimportant things. ….What an awesome feeling of being in the presence of God. Now that’s something.

Brought me to tears Cash! Elizabeth Taylor was a huge deal in my youth, listening to my mother admire her beauty and talent. You show us that what we “see” is NOT all there is. You are an amazing influence, whether or not you are aware.
Attend the dance, be a part of this short life. Your advice is gold! ❤❤❤❤❤❤

"Getting used to the Silence" ... now, there ya go. Perfect description. Nothing hurt, but "feeling" everything: that had probably been happening for her her entire life, but it was overshadowed in life by all the noise. Amazing, Cash. I'm thrilled for her that she found that ❤ May everyone feel so blessed by grace, no matter what their "material" life looks like. After all, that is not our REALITY, the LIGHT that shines through is what is REAL.🌟⭐️✨️

She had fulfilled what she had come here to do. Not all of us are here for the same thing, but I think it all entails service in some form or another. She was of service to a huge audience and in the end gave her fortune to a worthy cause. For me, my service is to my family and my little autistic grandsons. For you, you have been doing service by sharing your gift and making people think and smile. While I can see the evidence of my service intimately, you cannot see the fruit of your labor that way…but know it’s there. Your time with Olive, she changed you. Your heart. You were in service and love to her and that service lit your life and grew your soul. Our service helps US to grow in love, which is what we were all created from. Thank you, Cash.

Wonderful what Elizabeth Taylor experienced as she went home - but Cash, please don't belittle yourself. Do you not realise how important you have been to so many people? How much faith and hope you have helped them to find? Now what would Olive say about you feeling insignificant? I bet if she could Olive would give you that look that says so much 😊 😻 💯

I had a good older male friend now since past who went to high school with Liz Taylor. He and his friends disassembled her sports car and reassembled it on the roof of her high school. He later turned into an amazing person but well obviously not then.

She withdrew from school shortly after.

Elizabeth Taylor, fierce, feisty, intelligent, walked into this life with her soul contract, fulfilled that contract, and returned home to The One welcomed by The Master Mathew 25:23 "Well, done, good and faithful servant."
