South Coast Martial Arts - China Training

This summer explore the authentic roots of Martial Arts in the heart of China. Our program is a total immersion martial arts camp which includes training in a traditional martial arts academy, and classes inside the Shaolin Temple. This is the precipitation of traditional philosophy and culture in the blood of Chinese people. I also received martial arts training when I was young. It was very demanding and it was a great exercise for my body and mind.
