1.9.20 - FIGHTING TO fix One Party Rule’s Disastrous Bail Reform

Today, the very first day of the Senate's Legislative Session, my conference introduced measures to repeal these disastrous and misguided bail "reforms" before they do more damage to our communities.

The Democrat Majority voted these amendments down.
Fixing bail reform isn't a priority for New York's One Party Rule, but it is for me and my colleagues.
