I've had bad luck with a couple newborns. I bought the basic $13 gun and the "#1 drip free 33:1 highest thrust ratio on the market" $35 gun. $13 was eh and the $35 was useless. Not even sure they sell it anymore. I really like the ~$23 Husky. It has 4 different settings. Best I've used.

Home Depot sells a gun just like that but yellow for 11 bucks thing works like a dream

The home depot has a great husky caulk gun.... the Husky caulk gun heavy duty does a great job.

You'd be amazing if you look at the directions of quadmax 3/8 Bead. Had to do a class with quad max. It was pretty interesting. At least when It came to Hardy siding.

When I begin caulking, seriously, I bought a battery powered gun. You could never convince me again to use one of these things except in an emergency situation like I was dumb and left my gun at home.

Depress the clutch on the back, that stops the product from leaking because it's no longer under pressure.

I just get whatever they have at work haha 😂and what about two part calking guns I use one about 50 to 80 times a day

I love tools that cost 100% more too! I don't think the average person realizes how incredibly difficult and physically demanding it is to turn the release on a affordable and easy to use caulking gun! The burden of having to put a half a piece of paper towel underneath the gun just in case has made me want to quit the trade many many times .

No gun is drip free, theres air pockets in the tubes themselves, untill you hit that pocket its gonna drip. Ive tried literally everything but that gun there....
