Just put a good solid bar against the wrench to the frame. Hold it tight and it will loosen like that

A wrench on the back of the wrench works too. And everybody's got at least two wrenches in their tool box.

Knot will be rounded if you force it that way dont used open wrench to tighten and loosen the knot

And if you cant get a wrench extender adapter in there then go ahead and just get a wrench extender adapter. Then if you cant a get wrench extender adapter in there just go ahead and another wrench extender adapter
