Quelle oeuvre d'Hector Berlioz ! Quel génie vocal des interprètes !
So touching !
Herzliche Grüsse aus Kamerun.
Besten Dank !

Extraordinary! The voices of DiDonato and Spyres create the magic of love, and then Nelson brings out Berlioz’s fate and dread.

Miserably cut! We miss more than half of the duet, only the last stanza is heard. The singing is marvellous, but, please, could you upload the whole piece? Thank you

Who could make such a stupid cut. The introductory music to this duet is some of Berlioz’s greatest. And this is the one section where Spyres could really do well. He must have been utterly swamped at the Act I entrance.

The best is sang by Roberto Alagna and Angela Georgiou. Simply outstanding.
