I have been told this thing before by one the elders of my family. According to him and the narrative story he was saying that some part of Hebrew people migrate to West Africa through Nigeria(Oyó), Benín, Togo, Ghana, .. He said Ewe people are Hebrews descendants. Yeah the Anlo of the coastal towns in Ghana specifically the volta region indeed preserved the priesthood and the ancient hebrew language. All the priesthood dresses that the torah spoke about are fully up till date maintained by the priesthood clan.

Several years ago I was introduced to Rabbi Akwetey Aamah on YouTube. Everything he said, related to the Eve’s speaking the dialect of the original ancient Hebrew intrigued me. I began to learn the language & tragedy struck in my life & I had to stop my studies. I am just now picking it up again. It’s a beautiful, tonal language & it seriously opens up the Bible like nothing else does. For me it’s difficult, bcuz I often have a war in my head between modern Hebrew & the original Hebrew. However. It’s well worth the effort to learn the Mother tongue which is so deep in meaning & beautiful in its execution.
