I went out today and bought buttermilk, baking soda, and a four-pack of Guinness - ingredients missing from my kitchen. Tomorrow, I'll try this out.

Update: I followed the recipe exactly and now have one loaf of delicious bread. There *were* two, but the other got eaten. Crazy, huh? 😺

Helpful hint: either use the cc feature and hit pause a lot, or play the video at slow speed. The voice over is *really* fast and sometimes hard to understand. My suggestion: hire legendary British actress Vanessa Redgrave to read recipes on this channel. Her diction is clear and posh. ❤️

*Don't* hire Werner Herzog. His voice is wonderful, but I'm always worried about where he's going to take the listener. Eek! 😳
