I'm in the process of conceiving this make my second week I don't know what's going on but most time I have cramping in my pelvis that feels like period cramps and just about every night I am hot at night or sweats when I wake up

Someone please help, so I took two clear blue tests and it’s supposed to turn pink when you pee. So the first one turned negative, just a line across. Took a second one an hour or two later and also showed negative for 3 minutes and about 5 minutes later a faint line started showing making a cross or positive lines. Then I checked on both another hour later and the first one began to show two very faint lines going down. The first one was harder to see and more faint than the second one. The second one already had the faint line going down but it began to become more visible and a tiny bit darker but still faint. What does any of this mean. I’ve been having period like cramps. 1/10, Maybe a 7 of mild pain. But it been mainly in my left side of my ovary and in between my thigh. I’ve been feeling fatigue, more tired, and just lower abdomen and back pain. Period is supposed to come in three days but I took a test yesterday just for curiosity and then all that above showed. What does any of this mean😔😔😔

Why does a pregnancy calculator say that I am 4 weeks pregnant when I know that I only conceived 2 weeks ago? I only had sex once last month after my period (first day June 6th) on the 17th and the due date says I'm 4 weeks and due March 13, I didn't even have sex before the 13th, I have a normal 28 day cycle.

what could be going on with me.. After i had sex with this man, i had spotting in between periods like i’ve never had before which was rustic-pink-brown and wasn’t there for a few minutes to not at all. then i thought i got “my period” which was a deeper red/bright but when i fully examined it it’s been lighter than my usual periods, barely any clots and no cramps only prior to the “period” and my right side keeps aching ever since. my temperature today is 98.9.. i took a pregnancy test too soon so now i don’t know what to think. i had extreme fatigue, was super thirsty, and went to the bathroom a lot; i also was hungrier but now i don’t have the appetite as much. what’s the meaning? im 24… + constipation was going on too. just can’t understand that right side aching.. my stomach even looks pregnant lols
