Russian air defense seems better at targeting passenger planes than stopping drone attacks. They've tragically become experts at downing civilian airlines. This is deeply saddening and should never happen. Condolences and prayers to the innocent lives lost.

I've seen a single birdstrike completely gut out the intake of an FA/18(F) Super Hornet and smash its drop tank like a pancake
...but I've never seen a "birdstrike" frag the vertical stabilizer at the very rear of an Aircraft before? 🤨

...it's almost as if the birds ate a bunch of Ball bearings and then trailed the Aircraft from behind and then spontaneously combusted with the force of about a half a dozen Kg. Of High Explosives once they gott close 🤔
